Deleting your account

You can delete your S2S Freshman account and everything it holds at any time, from inside the app. You do not need to ask us, and you do not need a reason.

App: S2S Freshman · com.ikigai.temari · Ikigai Team, Ethiopia

From inside the app

  1. Open S2S Freshman and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the Account section.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Read what will be removed, then confirm with Delete.

Deletion happens straight away. You are signed out as soon as it finishes, and nothing is held in a recycle bin or a grace period.

If you no longer have the app

Message us on Telegram at @s2sFreshmanSupport from the account you want removed, and tell us the email address you signed in with. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 7 days.

We will never ask you for a password. There is no password on your S2S account — sign-in goes through Google.

What is deleted

What is kept, and why

Reports you filed against exam questions are kept, with your name and your account identifier stripped out. A report is about a question rather than about a person — if you told us item 14 of a paper has the wrong answer key, that still needs fixing after you have gone. Once your account is deleted, nothing in those reports points back to you.

Anonymous crash reports and usage statistics collected through Google Firebase may persist for a limited retention period under Google's own policies. They carry no name, email or account identifier.

If you have paid for premium

Deleting your account ends your premium immediately, including any time left in the term, and it cannot be restored or refunded afterwards — the payment record we would need to verify it is deleted along with everything else.

If you want to move premium to a different phone rather than leave, do not delete your account. Message us on Telegram instead and we will move the device binding for you.
